Collected Information
When making a purchase at Do Your Pages ("DYP"), we collect the customer’s contact information, which includes name, address, billing information, e-mail address and phone number.We also, as a manner of course, collect information from customer which is required to establish and maintain an account with us, some of which may be personally identifiable, depending on customer’s needs and the needs of customer’s hosted data. We take reasonable security measures to protect customer’s personal information in storage.

Certain information about your computer hardware and software may also be automatically collected by DYP. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used by DYP for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the website and its services.

Personal Information Available for Update by the Customer
The customer can help DYP to improve the effectiveness and quality of service by keeping us notified of any changes to the customer’s name, address, phone number or e-mail address. The customer can do this by updating the customer’s personal details when logged into the customer’s control panel.

The personal information DYP collects and maintains will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of collection. DYP reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time and will provide notice of these changes in the news section at the website. The customer should review the Privacy Policy periodically to make sure it meets the customer’s needs.

Use of Customer Information
Customer privacy is something we take very seriously at DYP. With the exception of trusted business affiliates and/or associates who work on behalf of or in connection with DYP, we will not provide or sell to any third party your personal information and will keep all such data confidential.

Our primary business operations are located in Spain and in Finland. As such, we obey the laws of these jurisdictions and may be called upon by various law enforcement agencies to comply with ongoing investigations. Compliance may include the secure handover of customer data to a legally-authorized government agency.

When permitted by law we shall disclose to any customer that is the subject of a government investigation and any data requests pertaining to customers’ personally identifiable information and/or hosted data.

Changes to our privacy policy will be communicated to customers via customer newsletter. Customers who elect to opt-out of receiving this newsletter will not receive notifications of changes to the privacy policy. All changes, once posted publicly to, shall take effect immediately across our entire customer base.

The Customer’s Data on the Account
Registration of a domain through makes the customer the owner of the domain. The customer maintains all rights to the content that the customer places on his/her web space. The account holder is legally responsible for the content placed on the account.

DYP does not form any opinion or perform any legal review of the content on a customer’s web space account. However, in case of obvious illegal content for example child pornography, phishing attempts or the like, DYP will inform the relevant authorities. In all other cases DYP will take action if an EU court or another relevant authority orders DYP to do so.

Whois Privacy Services
Please note that the contact information that you provide to us is used to register your domain name and is, by the very nature of the domain registration system, available for public viewing in many places on the Internet via the use of the ‘whois’ tool.

Whois Privacy, which masks your whois contact information via proxy, as offered by DYP does not act as a shield from legal liability in conjunction with Domain Registration. In order to preserve neutrality in disputes between 3rd parties and domain registrants, we will act in accordance with ICANN Registrar Accreditation agreement section upon receipt of actionable evidence of illegal activity. This means that identifying information will be provided to law enforcement and officials of the court including attorneys as situations require in order to preserve our neutrality in any litigation.
